Schedule your appointment with The Cosmo Palace for your beauty needs. Before completing the scheduling process, make sure to review the policies with booking with The Cosmo Palace. We hope to see you at the Palace soon!

POLICIES

There are no extra guest UNLESS communicated with TCP.

Deposits are $25 and are non-refundable and goes toward the remaining balance. Deposits are to be sent via cash app to $Sadeaaliyah129. Failure to send deposit within 4 hours will result in the appointment being canceled.

Forms of payment include :

-Cash

-Zelle

-Paypal

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Ten (10) minutes after your appointment time will result in a $20 late fee. Fifteen (15) minutes after your appointment will result in the appointment being cancelled and the card on file being charged half of the remaining balance. NO CALL NO SHOWS will result in the card on file being charged the FULL remaining balance as well as being banned from further booking. Rescheduling can occur at minimum 24 hours before scheduled appointment. PLEASE COMMUNICATE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF CHALLENGES ARISE.

If you are not feeling well, PLEASE RESCHEDULE! If communicated in a reasonable amount of time, accommodations can vary.

Please properly book ADD-ON’s at the time of booking your appointment. Add-on’s can not be added during the time of your appointment and in some cases will result in your appointment being rescheduled or canceled with NO REFUND.

Please make sure contact information is accurate when booking. This will be the primary point of contact.
